Go Retro

She's got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories
Where everything
Was as fresh as the bright blue sky
Now and then when I see her face
She takes me away to that special place
And if I'd stare too long
I'd probably break down and cry

Sweet child o' mine
Sweet love of mine

She's got eyes of the bluest skies
As if they thought of rain
I hate to look into those eyes
And see an ounce of pain
Her hair reminds me of a warm safe place
Where as a child I'd hide
And pray for the thunder
And the rain
To quietly pass me by

In every tennis Grand Slam year, there will be always a darkhorse in the final. Last year, it was Jo Wilfried Tsonga in the final of the Australian Open against Novak Djokovic. Well, the 3rd seeded Djokovic won. This year in the French Open, Robin Soderling emerged as the challenger to the title against the almost-there Roger Federer. Roger won in obviously in straight sets. The win sealed him as the greatest tennis player ever with equal 14 Grand Slams as Pete Sampras but with all grand Slams tournament won. Prior to this event, Federer had always lost to the French finals against his nemesis, Rafael Nadal. This year, with Nadal tumble against Soderling in 4th round, lady luck just smile to Federer.

Fail and fall.....I am hanging by the scruff of the neck...Everything that I hoped for vanished..
